The Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies are a set of corporate governance rules for public companies whose securities are listed on the WSE. Such rules are intended to increase the transparency of public companies, improve the quality of communication between companies and investors, as well as contribute to increased shareholder protection.

The Management Board of TAURON Polska Energia S.A. intends to comply with all the corporate governance rules set out in the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies. If compliance with any corporate governance rule requires that a corporate document of the Company be amended, the Management Board will initiate necessary actions to amend it. However, it should be stressed that the decision to comply with certain corporate governance rules may depend on the Company's shareholders or the Supervisory Board.
