In the Initial Public Offering the State Treasury sold 821 033 422 shares of TAURON Polska Energia S.A., including:
205 258 355 shares to individual investors 615 775 067 shares to institutional investors
Issue price of a single share was PLN 5.13 for both, individual and institutional investors. Shares were introduced to trading on the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock exchange as of 30 June 2010.
