Resignation of a Supervisory Board Member of TAURON Polska Energia S.A.

TAURON Polska Energia S.A. (“Issuer”) informs that on June 5, 2024 it received a statement of resignation from being a member of the Issuer’s Supervisory Board as of the end of day of June 7, 2024 from Ms. Katarzyna Masłowska.
Ms. Katarzyna Masłowska has not given the reasons of her resignation.
