Signing annex to loan agreement with Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego

In reference to current report No. 56/2024 of October 29, 2024 TAURON Polska Energia S.A. (“Issuer”) informs that on March 17, 2025 it signed annex No. 1 (“Annex”) to the loan agreement signed on October 29, 2024 between the Issuer as borrower and Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego as lender (“Loan Agreement”) that increases the amount of the loan by PLN 0.45 billion, i.e. up to the amount of PLN 2.45 billion. The Annex increases the amount of Tranche B.
The remaining terms and conditions of the Loan Agreement remain unchanged.
