Changed availability of syndicated loan agreement
In reference to current report No. 30/2022 of July 15, 2022 TAURON Polska Energia S.A. (“Company”) informs that it was informed by the credit agent about extension of the availability of financing under the PLN 4 billion worth syndicated loan agreement concluded between the Company as borrower and Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A., Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A., CaixaBank S.A. (Spółka Akcyjna) Oddział w Polsce, Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A., Erste Group Bank AG, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Europe) S.A. Oddział w Polsce, Santander Bank Polska S.A. and China Construction Bank (Europe) S.A. Oddział w Polsce as lenders (“Loan Agreement”).
Thus the Company has exercised the option provided for in the Loan Agreement allowing extension of the financing period.
According to the terms and conditions of the Loan Agreement and in line with the decision of the lenders the final term of availability of the financing has been extended by one year, i.e. until November 22, 2028.
