Adoption of uniform text of Articles of Association of TAURON Polska Energia S.A.
In reference to current report No. 25/2025 of July 3, 2025 concerning registration of amendments to the Articles of Association of TAURON Polska Energia S.A. (“Articles of Association”) TAURON Polska Energia S.A. (“Company”) informs that on July 7, 2025 the Company’s Supervisory Board adopted the uniform text of the Articles of Association that includes amendments adopted by the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company on June 25, 2025 and entered by the District Court Katowice-Wschód in Katowice, 8th Commercial Division in the National Court Register on July 3, 2025.
The uniform text of the Articles of Association is attached herewith.

§ 5 item 1) of the Decree of the Minister of Finance of June 6, 2025 on current and periodic information disclosed by the issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required by laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws 2025, item 755).
