Ilona Malik
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University. Entered on the list of attorneys-at-law at the Kraków Bar Association. She completed, inter alia, management training at ICAN Institute – Management and Postgraduate Course in Competition Law at the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
As an attorney-at-law he has many years of experience in providing legal services to capital groups, listed companies, as well as in conducting acquisition, financial, investment and privatization projects, including in the power, IT and telecommunication, as well as petrochemical sectors. She conducted many reorganization processes.
Ms. Ilona Malik has held numerous managerial positions in the areas of law and reorganization, inter alia as the Head of Organizational and Legal Team at the L. Rydygier Specialist Hospital in Kraków, Director of the Privatization Office at Nafta Polska S.A., and Legal Coordinator at Kopex S.A.
From 2009 to the end of 2015 she was associated with the energy sector, she worked at TAURON Polska Energia S.A. as IPO coordinator, then attorney-at-law in the Legal Department, Head of Court Proceedings Service Office and Director of Reorganization Department. As the Head of Court Proceedings Service Office she was responsible for legal service of strategic projects executed within TAURON Group.
From 2016 to 2025, until she took up the position of the Director of the Department of Mining and Metallurgy at the Ministry of Industry, she ran a law firm specializing in legal services for financial, investment, and acquisition projects.
In the years 2024-2025 she was employed as Deputy Director of the Law Office at Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu S.A., from March 2025 she has been the Director of the Mining and Metallurgy Department at the Ministry of Energy.
She has many years of experience gained in corporate bodies, including the following companies: Jastrzębskie Zakłady Remontowe sp. z o.o., VISTULA Group S.A., Krakchemia S.A., ZAK S.A., TAURON Sweden Energy AB, TAURON Wytwarzanie Serwis sp. z o.o.
Ms. Ilona Malik meets the criteria of independence from the Issuer and entities significantly related to the Issuer listed in the Act of May 11, 2017 on statutory auditors, audit firms and public supervision, and has no real and significant connections with a shareholder holding at least 5 percent of the total number of votes at the Issuer's general meeting.
