Graduate of the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice. He completed Managerial Postgraduate Studies in Business Management at the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice, International Managerial and Marketing Studies at the Technical University of Brno, International Managerial and Financial Studies at the University of Economics in Katowice and Master of Business Administration studies at The Brennan School of Business of Dominican University, River Forest Illinois in the USA.

He has been associated with the energy sector for over 27 years. He has many years of experience in creating effective sales and marketing strategies and change management. He is an expert in the design and implementation of new products and services as well as marketing campaigns, contact channels and IT tools and systems. He has led and implemented numerous projects related to improving the efficiency of organizations and business processes.

Since March 2024, he has been the President of the Management Board of Tauron Polska Energia S.A.

In the years 2020-2024, Vice-President of the Management Board of Polenergia Dystrybucja and Vice-President of the Management Board of Polenergia Sales.

In the years 2012-2019, associated with the TAURON Group, as Vice-President of the Management Board at TAURON Sales and TAURON Sales GZE and Executive Director for Customer at TAURON Polska Energia S.A.

In the years 1997-2012 he worked in companies belonging to the Vattenfall Group, among others: as Head of the Development Department, Head of the Personnel Planning and Strategy Department, Project Manager, Customer Service Director, Sales and Marketing Director, Vice-President of the Management Board.

He is a member of a number of supervisory boards. Vice-President of the Polish Electricity Committee and President of IGEOS.
