Beata Kisielewska

Statutory auditor. A graduate of the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice where she studied management and marketing, with a major in enterprise management and obtained Bachelor of Engineering degree and a graduate of Katowice Business University where she studied management and marketing with a major in accounting and finance and obtained Master of Arts degree. There she also obtained IES International Education Society certificate. She also completed postgraduate studies in the field of tax strategy at the University of Economics in Katowice and MBA studies at the Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu – National Louis University in Nowy Sącz.

In the years 1998-2005 Ms. Beata Kisielewska worked at Bank Spółdzielczy w Jastrzębiu-Zdroju (cooperative bank in Jastrzębie-Zdrój), as the chief accountant, among other positions. In the years 2005-2019 she was employed at Getin Noble Bank as Accounting Department Director. She has experience in bookkeeping and drafting financial statements. She participated, among other things, in projects related to implementation of IFRS and mergers of companies. In addition, since 2005 she has been involved in auditing financial statements, cooperated with many audit firms, including PKF, BDO, KPFK dr Piotr Rojek. At present she works at ATAC Audytorzy i Parterzy Sp. z o.o. (ATA Auditors and Partners) as statutory auditor and Vice President of the Management Board. She specializes in auditing financial statements of public interest entities and services for capital companies and financial institutions. Since 2022 she has been a member of the Supervisory Board and member of the Audit Committee at Bank Spółdzielczy w Jastrzębiu-Zdroju.

Ms. Beata Kisielewska meets the criteria of independence from the Issuer and entities significantly related to the Issuer listed in the Act of May 11, 2017 on statutory auditors, audit firms and public supervision, and has no real and significant connections with a shareholder holding at least 5 percent of the total number of votes at the Issuer's general meeting.
