Shareholders holding at least 5% of the votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of TAURON Polska Energia S.A. held on 8 May 2019

The Management Board of TAURON Polska Energia S.A. (“Company”) informs that the shareholders holding at least 5% of the votes at the Ordinary General Meeting held on 8 May 2019 were as follows:

- State Treasury, entitled to 526,848,384 votes under shares held, which represented 49.37% of the total number of votes taking part in the Ordinary General Meeting, and which represents 30.06% of the total number of votes in the Company;

- KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., entitled to 175,254,939 votes under shares held, which represented 16.42% of the total number of votes taking part in the Ordinary General Meeting, and which represents 10.00% of the total number of votes in the Company;

- Nationale - Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny, entitled to 98,630,028 votes under shares held, which represented 9.24% of the total number of votes taking part in the Ordinary General Meeting, and which represents 5.63% of the total number of votes in the Company;

- Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU “Złota Jesień”, entitled to 55,400,000 votes under shares held, which represented 5.19% of the total number of votes taking part in the Ordinary General Meeting, and which represents 3.16% of the total number of votes in the Company.

At the same time, the Company informs that pursuant to § 10 of the Company’s Articles of Association, the right to vote of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. was limited so that they could not exercise more than 10% of all the votes in the Company during the Ordinary general Meeting held on 8 May 2019.
