Transactions on shares of TAURON Polska Energia S.A. concluded by Supervisory Board member and a person closely related

The Management Board of TAURON Polska Energia S.A. (“the Company”) inform that on 21 October 2010 the Company received two notifications pursuant to Article 160 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments from a member of the Company’s Supervisory Board.

The first notification refers to purchase and sale of the Company’s shares by the Company’s Supervisory Board member. The transactions were concluded on 18, 20 and 21 October 2010 on regulated market in a regular trading session. Detailed information concerning the transactions are presented below:
18 October 2010 – sale of 2,500 shares at PLN 6.11
20 October 2010 – sale of 15.900 shares at average price of PLN 6.0926
20 October 2010 – purchase of 8.900 shares at average price of PLN 6.0695
21 October 2010 – purchase of 9500 shares at average price of PLN 6.0894

The second notification refers to purchase of the Company’s shares by a person closely related to the Company’s Supervisory Board member. The transactions were concluded on 15, 18 and 19 October 2010on regulated market in a regular trading session. Detailed information concerning the transactions are presented below:
15 October 2010 – purchase of 1.478 shares at PLN 6.10
15 October 2010 – purchase of 2.500 shares at PLN 6.08
18 October 2010 – purchase of 2.400 shares at PLN 6.05
19 October 2010 – purchase of 500 shares at PLN 6.10
19 October 2010 – purchase of 1.100 shares at PLN 6.06
