Appointment of the Supervisory Board members of TAURON Polska Energia S.A.

​The Management Board of TAURON Polska Energia S.A. (the “Company”) informs that on 29 May 2017 it received declarations, pursuant to which the Minister of Energy, acting under § 23(1)(1) and (3) of the Company Articles of Association, appointed the following persons to the Company Supervisory Board of fifth joint term of office, effective as of 29 May 2017:

1. Ms Beata Chłodzińska,
2. Ms Teresa Famulska,
3. Ms Barbara Katarzyna Łasak-Jarszak,
4. Mr Jan Płudowski,
5. Ms Agnieszka Woźniak.

At the same time, the Company informs that the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 29 May 2017, acting pursuant to § 22 (1) of the Company Articles of Association, adopted the resolution on appointment of the following persons as members of the Company Supervisory Board of the fifth joint term of office:

1. Mr Radosław Domagalski-Łabędzki,
2. Mr Paweł Pampuszko,
3. Mr Jacek Szyke.

In accordance with the submitted declarations, the Members of the Supervisory Board listed above do not pursue any other activity competitive in relation to the Company, do not participate in any competitive company, as partners of a civil company, a partnership, or as members of the governing body of a capital company as well as do not participate in other competitive legal person as members of its governing bodies. The Members of the Supervisory Board listed above have also declared that they are not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.

The Company will provide information on the appointed Members of the Supervisory Board required under the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information submitted by issuers of securities (...) in a separate current report at a later date.
