Supplement to Current Report No. 12/2020 of 24 March 2020

TAURON Polska Energia S.A. ("Issuer"), in supplement to the Current Report no. 12/2020 of 24 March 2020, submits to the public attached information concerning education, qualifications and previously held positions, together with a description of work experience of Mr. Andrzej Śliwka who was appointed to the Issuer’s Supervisory Board by the Minister of State Assets on 24 March 2020.

Andrzej Śliwka

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk. He completed the Taxes and Tax Law post-graduate studies at the University of Gdańsk as well as the attorneys-at-law’s training of the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law (Okręgowa Izba Radców Prawnych w Warszawie). He is a licensed legal counsel.

He specializes in corporate law, business contracts and the investment process. In addition, he has also been dealing with: real estate law, due diligence processes, as well as conducting court litigations, in his professional career thus far.

He is currently the Deputy Director of the 1st Department of Ownership Oversight at the Ministry of State Assets and is a member of the expert team for increasing the efficiency of Supervisory Boards, which is a part of the Commission for the reform of ownership oversight.

Mr. Andrzej Śliwka does not meet the criteria of independence mentioned in the II.Z.4. rule of the Best Practice of WSE (GPW) Listed Companies 2016 (Best Practice 2016).

§ 5 point 5) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018, on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing information required by the laws of a non-member state as equivalent (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757).
